I think you have to realise that taking it to court probably won't affect them at all, only the rest of the shareholders that will have to wait. It sucks but honestly they've won. What's your plan when you object, are you going to lodge some sort of representation/engage legal help??? You are delaying the inevitable. Would happily be proven wrong but I just can't see a good result coming from an objection.
