Agree this sucks for US Retail shareholders.
That said, its hardly new news; being approved by OBL Shareholders way back in February 2020.
Mr Market being "surprised" by todays announcement with a +5% drop, despite it being known for 10 months .......... makes no sense. But that's what is in effect another BAU example of day to day reactive noise, as opposed to share price movement based on fundamentals.
