I think the problem here is that you are one step ahead of them (the Commsec help desk)
With all due respect, I don't think they are able to keep abreast of all the individual corporate actions of all the companies.
My understanding is that
"Computershare will be appointed to use its intuitive management platform to facilitate a seamless transition from ASX to Nasdaq for
security holders of Incannex Australia."

All we need to do is;
1. Wait for the Scheme to be implemented (
Implementation Date" which is Wednesday 29th November)
2. Wait for access to the U.S. Computershare Registration System and confirm your Identity from the share Holder Statement Received via courier (on or after 7th December)
3. View your IXHL portfolio in the Compertshare System ( U.S. )
4. Nominate your Broker (Commsec International) within the Computershare system.
