    Have you been following COB or you simply only care about activities (buy/sell) there has been delays with scheduled delivery because of this IED. delays costs money to company & shareholders, more dilutions, cobalts had bear market until mid this year, investors are kinda sick of this EV macro, as it seems very lengthy investment strategy, yada yada yada but COB seems more favourable company for EV macro, as it is still under <$20M
