Overall, I'd have to agree with you. I am looking forward to the upcoming 4C where hopefully further clarity is provided on construction progress. Until then, we are left with a level of uncertainty, which the market dislikes - particularly during a risk-off period.
My sensing is that the deal was dropped due to poor financial market conditions and the Consortium has used "construction issues" as the excuse to pull-out. If Skip Capital retain their 19.99% shareholding - that would solidify this view.
