The best thing Walkabout Resources could do in the near term is recruit a highly credentialed Plant Manager with world class graphite expertise. To attract and recruit a good candidate would give everyone confidence and such a person can hopefully resolve the inevitable problems.
Don't get sucked into to "commissioning is easy" mindset. Getting the plant throughput and recovery on specifications will be very challenging and pressure will be on.
The bottleneck at the primary crusher and high grade dilution are the major challenges on the mining side.
