I have inkling that the Lim's brother might be sniffing around to make a comeback.

They can march back in at 14 c since they have already settled with their uncle and they have Gerard Tan on their side. I am sure they are cashed up now. 22 mil is less than what they have cashed out from the loan and private placement anyway. Maybe that's why Gerard Tan voted with the Thai vendor. I am pretty sure the settlement with their uncle must be pretty hefty. 100s of million might be enough to appease them and save face for the uncle. Remember these rich kids have a lot of pride.
