Everyone should take it with a grain of salt.
But not to say it can’t happen. They are quite clear they are speaking with a few strategic investors. Settling this is paramount for them to move forward with a deal. At the minimum, they will cover their own cost first presumably 14c per share like OCP
Full takeover is unlikely since they won’t allow vendor to exit before they do with six months escrow.
