Looking at the very short and loveless announcement I think Redflow themself are pretty anoyed how the whole process went. No mention about another deal like this in the future.
If Redflow needs more cash they can do another one for one per share raise for existing holders. If NTCG would like to invest more money they can do it like they rest of all us shareholders. They own now more than 140,000,000 shares.
