There a reason for that,.. Just look at the MC of the producers on C&M in fact even the developers have a higher MC.. do think SP will go up with the sector but PEN will lag the rest... Recovery will be low and cost will be high.
So what happen to the $75m U.S. stockpiling that PEN was pumping wasn't Wayne in the loop, and a few SH were pumping.. doubt any stockpiling will go head... PP was the only one that posted it right early in the year...
