then subtract cost to get above ground as stated pen is calculating costs in next few months will have a number ?

A good extraction to get above ground cost is under $30 say pens is $40 at those hypothetical numbers profit could be
$36-$40m Pens cap $220m a excellent return these days is 5% so you can times the market cap x 20 on any return like that ! And do some math and work out pens value when real numbers are in ?
