PEN needs to rush its project to fulfill its contracts obligations that "have to come from Lance" in 2023 and onward's and into 2030 economical or NOT,..
Do think Wayne was telling a few porky's about being able to sell its lbs,.. Why would PEN do that only to have to buy them back to fulfill contracts into 2022/2023... Short circuit FT is Economically worrying...
