And why would PEN sell its lbs if Wayne believes the Spot price is going higher and only to buy it back at a higher price to fulfill its contract obligations, there no way PEN could produce at the price it payed on the Spot market for those lbs...
And PEN SP at $4lbs will depend on how economical it is if that is cheap...
