    Do think that a fair comparison, 40% JV in Kazakhstan many factor come into it, Host ore, distance injection Wells to Production Wells, and the Kaz dollar. and im sure there more.
    PEN short distance Wells to recovery Wells means lower Production and a much higher cost..
