A number of like-minded shareholders, who between them hold a significant voting block, only want to be dealt with fairly and honestly. If GTT Ventures conduct themselves in that manner they will get support from shareholders. If they fail in that regard they will have a fight on their hands .... and one, which I think, they will ultimately lose.
As far as 'playing games' .... firstly, people expect higher standards than that for ASX listed companies and there are laws and regulations which must be adhered to. Secondly, worrying about 'roadblocks' etc. is jumping at shadows and it is an insufficient reason for not standing up and asserting one's rights.
