    At first glance this looked like another GMV style announcement, however ROOs sales targets look reasonable and our distributor is also a direct paying customer of the product.

    The quarterly showed low cash burn so it seems all the heavy R&D lifting has been done.

    If this was announced on another day the stock would have closed north of 50c.
