Hi there and welcome,
1) A rights issue would be available to all eligible shareholders on the register at the record date.
2) Looks to be 1 for 7.6.
3) The record date is not yet known.
4) The share price is currently 49 cents... i would suggest its unlikely there will be a shortfall of buyers in the rights issue at 36 cents.
