FIRB will have nothing to do with it. Ownership remains Australian with PLS buying AJM's assets, regardless of PLS' register atm.
All about terms and negotiations with the debt holders, and how they go throwing their weight around the administration and receivership processes. If they have their way then AJM is over and they sell the assets and tenements to the highest bidder, hopefully PLS' existing bid.
