Can’t see the SYA deal being part of it. If my memory is correct Altura were to spend about 1.5 mil in exploration to receive their 49% of the earn in agreement. Since they didn’t follow through with their side of the agreement those tenements will go back to sayona surely? Sayona could certainly make a deal with PLS but I’d say the SYA/AJM contract is now in the bin and won’t be part of any acquisition deal
