Agree 100% (as a past TEN & existing AJM SH) Korda Mentha are more often than not the "kiss of death" to many struggling businesses over the past decade. I also had invested heavily in TAW/A10 and lost all despite the existence of a newly-built world class lithium & tantalum production plant.
Still unsure why AJM could not secure better finance in times of low interest funding over the past 5 yrs of positive Lithium hype.
As a holder of both AJM & PLS I can only see an upside to this (as long as PLS doesn't resort to high interest financing of the deal - Korean or new Aust Govt Critical Minerals financing may be possible).
