hhhmmm. I think this is the same property NCK had to get an independent expert report for when entering a new long lease a few months ago (because Scali Consolidated own the site). And now NCK are to buy the property.! This smells, IMHO. Surely NCK , acting in its best interests -not those of Scali Consolidated - should have bought the property before agreeing a long lease - not after. Agreeing a new lease would have reduced the vacancy risk etc and increased the value of the property.
I've never had cause to doubt the motives of mgmt/Bd, but this is poor form, IMHO.
