I hear you and it really clouds the valuation although to sign the lease at 'market' rate at the time, can be beneficial for both parties, for s Ali cons to have a guaranteed tenant and for nck to know at the conclusion of the lease, nck is able to hold onto it and not get kicked out. Overall I'd be happy that the nck-scali cons agreement is done and dusted.
