for a person who has been holding this stock for over 16 years and look back on it the progress has been a snails pace and even with the take up of GL many years gone by no pace has been added and where as to build and take the risk like LYC had taken many years ago,we would have costed a lot less the snails pace of which this board has taken has only added to the increase of costings of many millions of which it has been very hard to raise


build it they will come ,BUT the question is when these announcements are great but why the slow take up of funding,and will the plant be out of date by the time they build it with new technology being adapted and found for processing
