In referencing what Ski kindly posted regarding the date shift to July for the gas supply agreement to go binding "ON FID" - the agreement previously was contingent on the FID being delivered in June - therefore this most recent change by a solitary month is a fair guidance - but nothing more JVP.
Perhaps Buzzo was providing himself and board some pressure valve relief when he referenced "this year" in leu of previous missed guidance.
Don't get me wrong - it could have been the Gas supply company dictating to ARU - one more month or we rip up current agreement and negotiate a new one.
We'll know in 4 weeks - perhaps sooner by short position tracking - volumes - sp?
