Good timing by Metro to up the offer b4 the independent valuers report is released.
If business sense prevails over egos this deal is a no brainer, a fair deal for both sides should be able to be reached with all figures and facts at hand, my concern is the ego part and giving up a lucrative job for some of the Gulf Mngmt that will make or brake this deal.
