3.5c is disgraceful- opportunistic and inadequate.
If this goes to shareholders to sell into the offer, the level of our acceptance will determine whether they raise their offer further... I'd actually like to see this happen, if they get a reasonable uptake they may be induced to offer more to get it over the line. I won't be accepting at this price.
Perilya is in a much better position regards due diligence and well placed to lob an offer without the site visit etc. We'll just see.
