It's kind of cute how the 0.035 offer is exactly half the 7c closing price. Just an opportunistic stab in the dark imo to get the party started. Not forgetting the offer also buys all the money in the MYL bank acc.
I believe this initial offer will be negotiated higher and may also attract outside interest now that the for sale sign is up..
