Mention of an IPO valuation... a float is in the air. Could easily be a red herring.
Convertible note conversion would soon mean they own 17% of innovaero. Worth 3.25M but more as part of an IPO.
Clutching at straws. But if innovaero sign a big deal then 17% of 100M is a good number.
Anyway I'm out. Sold all at .005 this afternoon. Safer than sorry is my plan.
But am surprised someone is buying at .005 so someone knows something. It just won't ever be the retail shareholders.
