    92m shares in total, 72% held by top20 including 27% held by two directors, only 25m left with minor holders, given planned 2.7c distribution plus franking credit, and above $1m equity left in the company plus $3m franking credits, wonder why volume is so high??? either deal is highly conditional or directors are out imo
