Hi HT and Mx, OZ co-joined KPMG ( Their Auditors at the time) and this what has taken quite a long time. I would be surprised if OZ has to stump up more than half and there is also Liability Insurance.
Mx, you will receive a letter from IMF in about 3 weeks time. Of coure the deal still has to be approved by the Court, but hopefully that will be a formality. They have a Directions hearing set down for the 20th ( May), so maybe they will use that time slot.
HT, I follow what you are saying here and congratulate you for staying in OZ, hope the SP goes back up again.
