Seems to me that they are trying to force a cap raise at a very low share price, so they may have an entity prepared to participate and take a significant holding for next to nothing. Or they're perhaps trying to force insolvency so that they can "vulture' the remains. Whatever they're up to, it won't be good for shareholders.

It's great to see the enemy insider has finally been ousted.

I always remained in “I told you so” camp too! KBC has been nasty from day one but it is a shame management failed to see through them sooner! The writing was always on the wall with dodgy KBC with their conduct!
