Their approach seems to be shaped by the terms of deal with PLL. They are doing stage 2 feasibility study to expand the project after the DFS (min 3:40). As far as I know it goes the other way around: FS then DFS. So why DFS first: to get the funds from PLL and install modular DMS units? Were this optimal if second stage funding of PLL was not contingent on DFS (e.g. the plant charachteristics/scale may depend on the expansion findings)?
