The allowance of $9.5m ( half share) seems to be massive amount to reconfigure existing absorbers plus a few extra tweaks.
But there can be little doubt the revised output will be achieved.
This sell off is overdone imo.
Will be interesting to see if any new sub holder notices appear soon.....i would not be surprised
