Or maybe with 1 month until end of FY17 investors saw the opportunity to write down their loss and sell out 15k worth for the year knowing they could sit back and see weather the offer might succeed based on market value with 15k less capital on the line and a lower net income. Can't explain the small rise in price prior to the enivitable announcement of further capital raising though.
