UK CEO and CFO gave themselves some KPIs they were not entitled to, small dodgy expense claims and by the sounds of it not doing their job that well, hence company is behind in 20 or sites going live. Can all be fixed easily and back on track.
Company terminated both of them for breaking trust.
Nothing at all to do with the issue of fines / core business and the company just passed Parking Association audits with 100% success.
It's an internal performance/dodgy expense claim issue totally miscommunicated to the market.
