To me the below quote could be interpreted to say that the offtake is fundamentally finalised; further, the word 'arrangements' to me basically means the deal is done, and minor details are just being completed.

"The Company expects to release further details on offtake arrangements for Chilalo product in the new year"

If my interpretation were not the case, I personally would be stating that 'conversations are still under way', as per the usual we have seen. I am expecting positive announcement(s) sometime prior to, or just after, the Chinese new year.
