If my interpretation were not the case, I personally would be stating that 'conversations are still under way', as per the usual we have seen. I am expecting positive announcement(s) sometime prior to, or just after, the Chinese new year.

had a similar discussions this morning with a friend...his initial thought was that no chinese news until next year.... whereas i thought the offtake arrangementS meant that the chinese consultants might have already lined up more offtake partners, in addition to Cn Docking's 50%.

but, i guess it is all speculation until we hear.... either way, i don't think it is far away...
