Unless you are part of the board members or an insider, don't be too quick to defend the management. Sayona had the history of following with cap raise when they go conference heavy. Personally I'd prefer to believe that LD is more investor friendly and wants to get the new Co more market exposure.
but never say never. I'll not rule out the possibility of more cap raise after the conferences.
