ASIC is probably waiting for the election outcome before they decide to do anything. chances are this ends up this whole sh*tshow gets more closely scrutinised if Nuix goes under. Imagine that, key technology provider to ATO, ASIC, AFP, Dept Home Affairs (the list goes on) goes under because those very agencies to do their job correctly. Or maybe the ATO is (behind the scenes) investigating Nuix for the dodgy $80M in fraudulent R&D tax claims as well as Castagna taking off with $80M tax free to his Vanuatu Retirement Fund in the IPO. The biggest heist in Australian corporate history....
