And here we go again. The video assessment of course can be skewed. The current market for this facial assessment is for those in ICU, forming part of the patient monitoring equipment and becoming an early warning system to reduce occurrence of delirium and reducing cost to healthcare systems due to extended stays etc.
those in ICU are highly unlikely (I'd suggest less than 1%) to fake their facial assessments given their condition.
so it's not about dementia there.
