I am of the strong belief that Philips would be the most likely candidate to launch a takeover. To have PainChek, and later on PainFaces, in their arsenal is to make their Monitoring System unique. And I think they can see it clearly for they were asking for an exclusive deal to which PD said no. So the only way to have PainChek and PainFaces exclusively is a take over. So yeah, bring on the 'obstacle'
