So reading the article in the paper today from the press conference, it seems incredibly clear that management are not on top of the companies financials, and have failed yet again to give clear indication to the market what kind of bottom line impact the moving from fixed license to SaaS will be for NUIX. This company have great potential, but the management needs to improve and understand that being vague to the market only brings further suspicion that as a company you are not doing as well as you forecast.
I can see this stock pulling back further until the market sees the real financials from this company, as the management appear to be cagey and holding this close chested for now.
