I understand you view in this down-trending market Aceboy.
However...an alternate view.
Current sentiment would indicate that the drivers that took the price to generously optimistic multiples in December/January are now 180 degrees different, and that the company has limited chance of increasing profits, contracts, and customers in a growing market. Sentiment would also indicate that Nuix is not a respected or major player in these said markets. We all have the ability to put our money where we see future value. Based on strict value multiples Nuix would be overpriced, but I would argue that this is not a company in the 'mature' phase of the business lifecycle but rather still in the 'growth' phase, momentarily hampered by a swifter than expected change in customer pricing models.
Just my view.
