No idea really. I think Nuix appears to be a platform that organisations would prefer to pay via a subscription model.
For instance my company only has a perpetual license with SAP where we own the licence and thereafter pay an annual maintenance fee (20%). SAP is backbone infrastructure though so you can understand the desire to own the license in this case. The Nuix platform sounds a lot like it leans towards the subscription model so I tend to think that the Perpetual licenses will slowly diminish. However in some circumstances, Nuix may be considered backbone infrastructure (depending on the business) and owning the license may be preferred - but this would be minimal in my view.
