CIM attitude towards a bidder at 0.885c is strange to say the least. It would be interesting to know what price Brazil Farming would accept as they must have a blocking stake.
I am not sure that DVN is such a wonderful acquisition , much of their land bank has ben sold and they seem unable to proceed projects on their own a/c. AVJ would be a good fit but the Singapore Chinse would be looking to buy at a 'bargain basement ' price.
I don't see how CIM will get more than 0.90c.
