If HIO is still drilling as we speak then they will be burning through the cash, drilling nearly always costs more than expected. The delay from mid Sept 23 to Mid February 24 (if we'are lucky) means a deep discount equity raise, ala MGT, is imminent. If they can put together a third party for some element of the resource than maybe the raise can be done at a better price than 3 cents, but trust is deservedly low that anything can be achieved in such a short period.
