From everything I've read and put together in my mind. The IM will be irrelevant to you, I and most others. It will or has gone out to a small group of selected "potential" investors who will be shortlisted by the end of the March quarter, this will form our funding for the BFS and operational costs whilst completing. We have enough cash on hand to get us through to this form of funding(s). That is my take on the current lay of the land.
