I agree almost totally with what you say to your "off topic" post the BUT the criticism of some MD's / CEO's reflects on what they perpetrate on the ASX and at shareholder meetings, year on year out for sometimes decades. Nowhere have I been so annoyed to see the total lack of objectivity published to the market and shareholders on the last few years. Perhaps those feeling like litigation in the defamation zone realize or are advised that you cannot defame someone of bad character. Not saying there are not a few good character types in CEO seats.
So why not complain to ASIC or the ASX? I have x4 but gave up years ago. Got condescending replies that the misleading info published is not misleading enough.
So its a case of sit back and improve on disregarding the fools and CEO's posting crap. Move from being very gullible to just a little gullible. I will not say 'do not be gullible' as that is too big an ask for all but the babyboomers.
