They are so close to holding six billion shares on their register.

(Management will need to capital raise huge amounts of cash in the
future for more drilling, exploration and taking hold of the JV tenements
so to stand on their own two feet, to production).

Management of 1MC and the past AJM as well as now SYA have no
concern as to the amount of shares outstanding.
They just say "it's the cost of doing business".

But it could be a worry to current shareholders as their holdings are regularly diluted.
Which can be overcome by buying more shares at a cheaper price.
Which also means a greater risk to you.

My risk factor of just over $100K (in the red, has well and truly been reached.

In my own opinion 1MC will be scratching around for years before their share price moves in
a upward direction.
I have no faith in 1MC, but I do have hope.
