I just emailed NC with a  simple "Thank you". We have all had these painful naysayers on this topic just not give up.... AJX hasn't filed , its garbage ...Blah...blah...blah.....

NC emailed back (as he always does) and simply said "I had no obligation to inform the market that we filed, but it simply got to a stage where it was getting obscene about the countless comments I was hearing that AJX hadn't. I decided to simply put the subject to bed, and confirm it"
